Art Show

Watauga High school boasts many talented students excelling in art, drama, sculpting, academics, and sports. Are you a student hoping to join the ranks of the top art students? Be sure to find the art showcase in commons. One of the primary methods of improving art is to view works created by other aspiring artists. The superb students of Mrs. Hill’s AP Art class will be proudly displaying their works of art from April 25-29th. Be sure to drop by during lunch in order to browse the art fabricated by your peers. The artists themselves will be present and willing to answer any questions you have about their art, inspiration, medium, or concentration. This show will prove to be quite a spectacle as well as a final opportunity to learn from upperclassmen artists before they graduate. The display will feature art by Conor Clyburn, Rachel Vierheller, Brandi Haney, Emily Glancy, Lily Foote, James Furman, Elora parnell, Madison Swisher, Amanda Salmi, Nickolas Novacek, Alina Kosmala, Gabby Knight, Kensy Larissa Triminio Gomez, and Megan Gottfried.
